This chapter explains the effects of six different process parameters on the impact resistance. In particular, print temperature, print speed, infill ratio, infill pattern, layer height, and print orientation parameters.

The hydrogen embrittlement lowers the mechanical performance of the material is, therefore, it’s vital to understand its behavior at a micro-scale at the potential site of fracture.
